Service Leadership for Pancake House

I was invited to present a Service Leadership talk to the franchisees and managers of the Pancake House group headed by CEO Mr. Gretz Rivera and coached by Maxs Group COO Robert F. Trota. The theme of the annual event was Franchise Excellence in Execution and Leadership. The talk was a follow up of last years topic of Relationship Marketing and Up Your Service. This is the second Franchise Conference since the Max's Group Inc took over the management of the Pancake House brand. "The central focus of the group is the customer. 'Every decision we make is guided with the customer as the main consideration." commented Robert F. Trota.
